At BCG Platinion, we love seeing talent grow beyond the Hackathon. One of last year’s standout participants, Lukas, impressed our team not only with technical skills, but also with a collaborative and curious mindset. Today, we're excited to have him on board as a Visiting Associate. This is what he says about his experience:

I joined the Hackathon in 2024 not really knowing what to expect—but I was instantly drawn in by the energy, the teamwork, and the opportunity to build something with purpose. I worked alongside amazing people from all over the world and had the chance to solve real-world problems through tech.

Since starting my internship, I’ve been involved in exciting client work, developing digital strategies and learning from incredibly smart, supportive colleagues. The transition from participant to team member has felt surprisingly natural. The Hackathon didn’t just help me land here—it helped me feel ready. I’m now contributing to real impact, and it all started with one weekend of coding.
