The Visiting Associate Internship is a comprehensive 4-7 month, full-time, paid program designed to provide budding professionals with a dynamic introduction to the world of consulting at BCG Platinion. As part of this program, interns are fully integrated into our case teams, gaining hands-on experience by working directly with our clients on real-world projects.
Duration: The internship spans a period of 4-7 months, according to your university's requirements, and ensures a deep dive into the consulting world.
Real-World Exposure: Interns aren't merely observers; they're integral members of our case teams, making contributions to actual client projects and experiencing the day-to-day of a consultant's life.
Evaluative Nature: On completion of the program, interns will be able to reflect on whether a career in consulting is for them, and if they would like to explore opportunities to join BCG Platinion on a full-time basis, as a permanent employee.

The 2026 program is open to Saudi university students graduating in 2025 and 2026.
