What primarily led me to join BCG Platinion was the vastness of knowledge, the uniqueness of challenges and the great people to work with that I foresaw. After one year I can definitely say that I was right on this, I met incredibly skilled and experienced people and I had opportunities to learn from them everyday while working on exciting and innovative projects. The attitude to work comfortably outside your comfort zone, embracing customers' challenges and working as a team to shape a winning strategy, is what I loved most and makes me thrilled about the future. As in climbing a new mountain the road can be tough, but always worth it!

During my first year at BCG Platinion, I had the opportunity to lead strategic Cyber Security projects for companies from different market sectors. There was no shortage of challenges and tough situations, but thanks to the support of the entire BCG family, I was able to manage them and balance with my personal life. I have found exceptional talents among my colleagues. It is always a pleasure to engage with them in order to gather a different point of view and offer more integrated and effective solutions to our clients.
