Main responsibilities:
- Assistant to members of the Leadership Team
- General administrative support to the Office Operations Lead
- Organization and coordination of workshops and events (internal and external)
- Agenda and business travel management
- Incoming and outgoing correspondence management (Italian/English)
- Preparation and editing of presentation documents (Italian/English)
- Travel expenses reports
Requirements:
- Proficient user of MS Office package
- Management and client-oriented communication skills
- Business-fluent written and spoken Italian and English
- Able to work both independently and in team
- Flexibility, proactivity and ability to work under pressure
- Confident appearance with service-oriented mind-set
