As an integral part of the BCG Platinion business service team, part of the Boston Consulting Group, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our company. 

We are looking for a Student HR (all genders) in recruiting as soon as possible, for 15-20 hours per week for our Cologne office. As a working student (m/f/d), you will support our recruiting team, work independently, gain exciting insights into the internal processes of an IT management consultancy, and ensure a smooth candidate journey through the application process together with your colleagues.

·        Help us attract talent to our company

·        Coordinate job interviews and guide our candidates through the application process

·        Act as the interface between candidates and interviewers to ensure a smooth process

·        Assist in maintaining our database to enable comprehensive analyses 

·        Support the planning and implementation of recruiting events 

·        Take on smaller projects in recruiting and employer branding 

You can help us make a difference

·        You are still studying for at least one year or more and are interested in a long-term employment

·        You have good MS Office skills

·        Your demeanor is professional, open, and friendly

·        You have good communication skills in both German and English 

·        You enjoy working independently, are a team player, and have organizational talent 

·        Even in hectic times, you maintain a clear perspective
