HR Analytics Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR team members to produce and refine detailed HR reports, ensuring high accuracy and relevance
  • Analyze various HR datasets to identify trends, forecast needs, and support strategic decisions
  • Support proactively recruitment, onboarding, employee satisfaction, and retention processes
  • Provide support to HR colleagues, assisting with process analysis and optimization 
  • Provide administrative support to HR colleagues with selected daily and routine tasks


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a master’s degree program in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel (pivot tables, macros, Excel modelling, etc.) & general IT Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Italian and English
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
  • Previous experience in an HR or analytics internship will be considered a plus
