Your Daily Business
Drawing on technical expertise and experience, our AI Tech Architects develop end-to-end architectures across applications, platforms, data and infrastructure, translating complex business requirements into scalable and resilient technology solutions. Working in interdisciplinary teams, they ensure that technology decisions support the client’s long-term IT development and growth strategy.
Specialist Technical Know-how
- Technical analysis and evaluation of IT architectures
- Development of new IT architectures potentially involving innovative or disruptive technologies (e.g., Cloud solutions or GenAI)
- Evaluate trade-offs across performance, scalability, resilience, security, cost and vendor choice
- Evaluation and selection of innovative products and technologies
Agile Implementation Support and Enablement
- Heading and controlling smaller architecture teams from a specific seniority level upwards
- Lead prototypes, PoCs and technical assessments to de-risk implementation decisions
- Define engineering practices to move AI solutions from experimentation to production — APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, MLOps/LLMOps, observability, testing, lifecycle management
- IT project management and quality assurance
- Coaching clients in the use of agile methods
AI and Agentic AI solution architecture
- Design of LLM- and agent-based applications
- Retrieval and knowledge architectures, model and tool integration
- Data and platform components required to operate solutions at scale
- Ownership of scalable target, solution and platform architectures across applications, data, cloud, integration and AI
On-site Project Support
- In discourse with the client, geared towards client circumstances
- Embed security and responsible AI into solution design from the outset
- Keeping the overall solution in mind

Senior AI Tech Architect
- End-to-end responsibility for technical analysis/modules
- Design of complex digital solutions and target IT architectures
- Agile implementation management (e.g. PoC design)
Lead AI Tech Architect
- Technical project leader ensures quality assurance and delivery of technical objectives
- Provision of deep technical expertise to the project team and socialization of technical deliverables
Principal AI Tech Architect
- Provision of deep technical expertise to multiple project teams and socialization of technical deliverables
- Key expert in sales activities for technical topics
- Responsible to build a product or a capability within area of expertise
Director AI Tech Architecture
- Leadership of capability chapter and respective product/capability
- Key contributor in sales activities for technical topics
- Global representation of area of expertise both internally and externally
- Upon successful completion of the role as Director AI Tech Architecture, a transition to Associate Director is possible

- Account development for multiple clients and responsible for delivery and teams
- Leadership role within industry practice includes business and product development
Managing Director
- Leader of industry group or corporate function and associated teams
