Shape the world of tomorrow

• You'll shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies, ensuring their success by evaluating our clients' digital capabilities and performing feasibility studies
• You are part of a project team and together you manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, establish modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD, and are responsible for the technical implementation of crucial digital requirements such as cyber resilience
• You'll analyze, develop, and optimize cutting-edge, customized IT architectures while applying your comprehensive understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current market developments and trends such as cloud computing and microservices
• You'll design and evolve AI-enabled IT architectures, integrating AI capabilities into client solutions and helping clients harness the full potential of AI in their technology landscape

This is how you can make a difference

• You have a degree, or are close to graduation, in computer science, informatics, software engineering, information technology or a related field
• You gained first practical experience in IT world, e.g., via internships or student jobs
• Initial knowledge of IT Consulting is an advantage 
• You know that modern tools such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics aren't just buzzwords, but essential to sustainable IT architectures
• You have initial hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures and are motivated to further develop your AI fluency in practice
• You have broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends
• You feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are flexible and willing to travel
• You're good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both German and English

Our salary for this position is at least €60,000 per year (all-in) based on full-time employment. Depending on professional experience and qualifications, we are of course prepared to pay more than this amount and offer other attractive benefits!
