Play an integral role in the Business Service Team of BCG Platinion, part of Boston Consulting Group, and use your professional expertise to contribute to our company's success.

We're looking for a Staffing Specialist (all genders) temporary for 2 years to provide our Business Service Team with dynamic support and fresh inspiration at our Cologne or Frankfurt am Main office, starting immediately. In this function, you'll ensure that BCG Platinion works efficiently and effectively. The members of this team thus contribute directly to the success of our company.

  • You work independently in a dynamic, collaborative environment where open communication and team spirit are highly valued
  • Together with your colleagues in the Staffing Team, you create transparency around our proposal pipeline, project portfolio, and staff utilization
  • In collaboration with the Business Development & Staffing Senior Manager, you take responsibility for project resource planning as well as the related processes
  • You work closely with the heads of our practice groups, the Head of Staffing, and the HR departments
  • You make a significant contribution to the successful delivery of client projects as well as to the development and qualification of our employees
  • You actively contribute to the design and creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for our project portfolio and always stay up to date
  • In research and analysis, you demonstrate curiosity, ambition, and persistence—even when navigating unfamiliar territory
  • You take a strong interest in the further development and optimization of the technical systems available for this purpose and proactively drive these forward together with our IT and Controlling teams

You can help us make a difference
  • You have completed commercial training (e.g., as a management assistant for office communication or a foreign language correspondent) or a college degree with above-average grades
  • You have at least 3 years business experience in HR or business administration
  • You work professionally with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel, and confidently use digital aids and modern technologies 
  • Your German is perfect, and your English is business fluent
  • You thrive in our fast-paced business environment, work in a highly structured manner, and maintain the composure needed to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while setting the right priorities
  • Personal initiative, a sense of responsibility, team spirit, loyalty, and dependability are second nature to you
  • You have a proactive, solution-oriented work style and enjoy bringing your creativity to everyday work 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive outlook and drive, and pleasant, polite manners round out your profile
  • It doesn't bother you if things get a little crazy sometimes. On the contrary: You love action and know how to set priorities
  • You work independently while never loosing sight of the bigger picture and coordinate closely and constructively with our stakeholders
