IT Consultant
IT Consultant – BCG Platinion
We are looking for an IT Consultant to join our team: someone with a strong interest in technology and business, eager to tackle complex challenges at the intersection of both.
At BCG Platinion, you will work alongside experienced architects and consultants, supporting clients across industries in their digital transformation journeys. In practice, this means contributing to projects such as IT landscape assessments, technology strategy development, vendor evaluations, or helping global organizations in various sectors define and execute their digital roadmaps.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 (min.) years of experience in IT, consulting, project management, or a related field
- Higher education in IT, engineering, business, or a related field
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Basic understanding of IT architectures, software development, or enterprise systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to create clear presentations and written deliverables for both technical and business audiences
- Proactivity, self-sufficiency, and willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
- Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
