Shape the world of tomorrow 

•  You will drive the transformation and modernization of complex OSS landscapes at leading telecommunications companies 
• You will analyze processes, capabilities, and systems in the areas of service fulfillment, service assurance, network management, and inventory management 
• You will translate business and technical challenges into target visions, capability roadmaps, and actionable transformation steps 
• You will develop and evaluate modern OSS target architectures based on microservices, API-first approaches, and cloud-native technologies 
• You will structure and sequence OSS workstreams within large-scale Stack Exchange programs and support their implementation in agile delivery environments 
• You will design the integration of OSS, BSS, and network platforms and strategically incorporate AI and automation potential into the transformation 

You make the difference 

• You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with above-average grades 
• You have at least four years of relevant experience in transforming OSS landscapes in a consulting firm or at a telecommunications company 
• You have in-depth practical experience in the areas of service fulfillment, service assurance, network management, and inventory management 
• You are familiar with TM Forum Frameworx and eTOM, as well as relevant OSS products and platforms 
• You have experience structuring and implementing OSS workstreams in large-scale transformation or stack-exchange programs 
• You understand modern OSS architectures and typical integration patterns such as APIs, Enterprise Service Bus, and event-driven architectures 
• Ideally, you have already worked with AI or automation applications in the OSS environment, such as AIOps or Predictive Fault Management 
• You thrive in agile and interdisciplinary teams, are flexible and willing to travel, and communicate confidently in German and English
