They are responsible for anchoring the extensive knowledge of our project teams in a structured way and making it available.
As a Working Student (all genders) in our Energy Knowledge Management Team in Munich you will support our Energy Practice Area in building up new capabilities while gaining exciting insights into the energy industry and internal processes of an international consulting team.
Shape the world of tomorrow
- You will support our team in setting up, improving, and maintaining various KM tools (e.g., internal databases, industry benchmarks, reference collections, etc.) to accelerate the work of our Energy Case Teams in preparing proposals and project documents
- You will help update and improve training materials with the aim of helping our consultants get started with complex topics in the energy world
- You will carry out essential ad hoc research tasks to support our case teams with important information for our clients
- You will actively participate in researching new and innovative tools to improve the documentation and dissemination of our expert knowledge
This is how you make a difference
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in IT or energy-related fields
- A proactive, precise and dependable hands-on work ethic is second nature to you
- You have a strong interest in IT, digital technologies, and energy and these topics excite you. Prior experience in the energy sector would be a valuable bonus
- You possess good communication skills in both German and English
- You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility for your own tasks
