What does the program offer?

The purpose of the program is to create a network for aspiring women who wish to develop their problem-solving capabilities while gaining insight and knowledge about technology management consulting.

You are currently enrolled in university or in your first professional years, and are looking for opportunities to combine your passion for technology with the world of consulting?

In line with our Women in Digital Mentorship program, you will get to know BCG Platinion, our work and team in Copenhagen, and receive individual support around our interview process.

Throughout four months, we offer an exciting agenda with various insights on us, group trainings and inspirational get-togethers, and on top three 1-1 mentoring sessions with you and one of our colleagues, your personal mentor.

After completing the program, we are happy to discuss a career within BCG Platinion Nordics. This will be an individual discussion and process that we will pick up with you after the program ends.

In between the group events, you will meet your personal mentor 3 times in total for individual sessions on your strengths, areas of development, and targeted preparation.

The exact timings for the event will be announced later on. The above mentioned dates are subject to change.

FAQ

What kind of participants are we looking for?

We welcome applicants either enrolled in university (Bachelor/Master/PhD) in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, Digital Business, Information Systems, or similar) or in their first professional years in IT consulting or technical roles, who identify as women. You need to be based in Denmark or Southern Sweden. We value applicants with an ambitious spirit, interpersonal skills, and strong academic records.

How are the next steps after completing the program?

We are happy to discuss a career within BCG Platinion Nordics after completing the program! This will be an individual discussion and process, that we will pick up with you after the program ends.

How is the application process?

After the application deadline, we thoroughly screen all applicants and decide on a first pool of women we would like to get to know better. With those, we will conduct an informal telephone interview and will subsequently send out feedback to every applicant. This process takes place in week 7 and 8, 2026.

How can I apply?

After following the link to the application page, please upload your updated CV, including a short motivational paragraph to join the program, and all university transcripts you achieved up to this date. Please submit only PDF or JPG formats.

After submitting my application, how can I add more documents?

You can log in to the online portal and upload additional documents under the “Resume and Other Documents” section by clicking “Edit” and then uploading them as additional files.

Do I have to be available for all dates outlined in the agenda?

The program is designed to provide various insights into our company, work, and teams. On top, we will invest extensive time into personal growth and training. We therefore find it most beneficial for the participants to join all the events we offer. Of course, we keep in mind that some private appointments do not allow rescheduling – we would just kindly ask to let us know about it as early as possible. We cannot offer alternative dates, unfortunately.

In which language are the events held?

The full mentorship program will take place in English. We welcome any nationality for our mentorship. Local language skills are not a requirement to work with us in the future.

Are there costs involved if I join the program?

There are no costs involved for you! If you need to book travel from outside Copenhagen within Denmark or Southern Sweden, please let us know. We cover or reimburse all travel and accommodation expenses.
