Shape the world of tomorrow

• You design the digital transformation of globally successful companies, ensuring success by evaluating the customer's digital capabilities and feasibility studies

• You analyze, develop and optimize state-of-the-art IT architectures, using your comprehensive understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions and current market developments and trends, such as cloud or microservices

• You control small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, establish modern approaches such as DevOps and CI/CD and are responsible for the technical implementation of significant digital requirements such as cyber resilience
• You'll work in an AI-enabled environment — leveraging AI tools on client projects and supporting our clients in building their own AI capabilities

This is how you can make a difference

• You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics or a related course

• You have already gained at least two years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development

• Ideally, you have industry-specific knowledge or (project) experience in the banking, insurance or healthcare sector

• Modern concepts such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI and robotics are not buzzwords for you, but the right tools for future-oriented IT architectures

• You have initial hands-on experience working with AI tools and are eager to deepen your AI fluency in a professional context

• You bring extensive technical expertise and an interest in technology trends

• You feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are flexible and willing to travel

• You can confidently understand and communicate complex issues in German and English
