We are looking for an Energy Analytics Engineer (all genders) to join us full-time at the earliest possible date in Cologne or Munich.
Shape the world of tomorrow
- You advise our teams and clients in the energy, trading, and utilities sector on market trends, technology implications, benchmarking, requirements engineering, solution evaluation, and implementation initiatives
- You analyze market dynamics, investment trends, and technology maturity to derive actionable recommendations for energy operators and trading organizations
- You help build our internal platforms, technical capabilities, and service offerings by developing demos, PoCs, and MVPs for digital energy and trading use cases using modern development methods and GenAI-enabled tools
- You contribute to our internal knowledge base and help expand our IT expertise in the energy, trading, and utilities domain
- You create training materials and presentations for our consultants and support the design of tailored platform solutions across sales, service, trading, and grid operations
- You assess relevant emerging technologies such as digital twins, multi-agent systems, and AI-supported delivery models, and translate them into practical client strategies and use cases
You can help us make a difference
- You hold a degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a related field
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in energy IT solution implementation at an industrial company, software provider, or consulting firm
- You bring practical experience in areas such as DevOps, release management, environment management, or test management
- You are passionate about digital solutions in data, cloud, and AI
- You have experience with utility-related system landscapes in areas such as trading, sales, service, or grid operations, including core systems and interfaces
- You combine strong analytical and conceptual skills with a hands-on, team-oriented mindset
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
