Do you want to be part of an international team, leading global companies into the digital future and partake in the new technologies of tomorrow? Play an integral role in the Business Service Team of BCG Platinion, part of the Boston Consulting Group, and contribute scientifically to the company's success.

We are expanding our support team and are therefore looking for a full-time Management Assistant (all genders) - to provide active support and fresh impulses. Whether you live in Munich, Frankfurt am Main; Hamburg, Cologne or Berlin - you can choose the location. We offer varied and responsible tasks. We are happy to give job starters an opportunity as well.



Shape the world of tomorrow

  • You'll support at least 3 consultants from our leadership group and their teams – you work independently in a dynamic and cooperative environment, where an open-minded communication and team spirit are crucial
  • You are the central interface for our teams and customers
  • You'll support our consultants by preparing project offerings, making travel arrangements proactively, accounting travel expenses, processing all correspondences and with many other tasks of our daily business
  • You enjoy planning internal and external workshops and events, contribute your own ideas and address all projects with the outmost engagement
  • Our closely networked, Europe-wide assistance team supports each other - we see ourselves as one team!


You can help us make a difference

  • You have a successfully completed commercial training (e.g. office communication clerk, foreign language correspondent) or a university degree
  • You have at least one to two years of practical experience in an assistant or the hospitality industry (e.g., through training or internship)
  • You are experienced in using Word, PowerPoint and Excel and love working with new modern tools such as Slack, Trello or Miro
  • Your German is perfect and you are fluent in business English
  • You work in a structured manner and have the necessary composure to keep several tasks in view at the same time
  • Personal initiative and a sense of responsibility, loyalty and reliability are self-evident for you
  • You work proactively and solution-oriented and integrate creativity into your daily work
  • You have strong interpersonal and communicative abilities, a positive approach and "drive" as well as polite manners
  • A busy and stressful day does not bother you - on the contrary: you love "action" and are good in prioritizing you tasks
