Shape the world of tomorrow
- You lead complex AI transformation initiatives and take responsibility for programs or large workstreams to successfully drive AI adoption
- You design scalable AI, data, and cloud architectures for complex enterprise environments
- You define AI strategies, target architectures, and operating models to enable the sustainable adoption of artificial intelligence
- You lead the development and scaling of modern AI solutions—from Generative AI and Agentic AI to autonomous business processes
- You oversee proof-of-concepts, pilot implementations, and AI transformation initiatives through to successful production deployment
- You develop target visions, roadmaps, and transformation strategies for the adoption and scaling of AI
- You advise clients on complex technology and transformation decisions related to AI
- You coach and mentor team members while ensuring high-quality delivery across engagements
This is how you can make a difference
- You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field with above-average academic performance
- You have at least six years of relevant professional experience in consulting, with a focus on AI, cloud technologies, or software engineering
- You have strong hands-on experience with AI systems, such as LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning platforms, and understand how to integrate them into enterprise architectures
- You have proven experience leading project teams and taking end-to-end delivery responsibility, including collaboration with client-side stakeholders
- You are experienced in effective resource planning and motivating, developing, and leading high-performing teams
- You have excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling you to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership
- You are fluent in both German and English and can confidently communicate complex concepts in both languages
