Shape the world of tomorrow

• You will shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies and take responsibility for challenging architecture and technology projects—from strategic goal-setting and architectural design to successful implementation
• You will analyze, develop, and optimize modern IT and enterprise architectures, combining your understanding of existing IT landscapes and enterprise solutions with the latest technologies and architectural approaches such as cloud, microservices, APIs, AI, and modern platform architectures
• Together with our clients, you will develop future-proof target architectures and technology roadmaps, ensuring their long-term success by evaluating technological capabilities, architectural decisions, and feasibility studies
• In strategic IT transformation and implementation programs, you will lead interdisciplinary and agile teams and establish modern engineering approaches such as DevOps and CI/CD to ensure the successful implementation of architectural decisions
• You are responsible for coordinating internal and external teams, organizing and leading discussions with top-level decision-makers at the client’s organization, and translating complex technological issues into clear strategic decisions
• You’ll work in an AI-driven environment, use AI tools on our projects, and help our clients integrate AI into their technology and architecture strategies and build scalable AI capabilities
• You’ll actively contribute your experience and perspective to the ongoing development of our architecture and technology expertise and support colleagues in their professional and personal growth

This is how you can make a difference

• You have earned a degree in (Business) Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with above-average academic performance
• You have at least six years of relevant experience in IT consulting, technology consulting, or comparable roles, during which you were responsible for challenging architecture, transformation, or implementation projects
• You have extensive experience in the design and further development of complex IT architectures and can align technological decisions with strategic and business requirements
• For you, modern technologies and architectural approaches such as the cloud, microservices, APIs, DevOps, containerization, cyber resilience, and AI are not just buzzwords, but tools for future-proof IT architectures
• You have practical experience with AI technologies and AI tools and understand their impact on modern enterprise and solution architectures
• You have experience leading interdisciplinary teams as a project manager—including on the client side—and are skilled in efficient resource planning and motivational leadership
• You can communicate complex technological concepts in a way that is tailored to your audience and discuss them persuasively with technical experts as well as decision-makers at the management and C-level
• You have a strong understanding of current technology and market trends and enjoy translating new technological developments into concrete solutions for our clients
• You thrive in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are happy to be flexible and willing to travel
• You can confidently understand and communicate complex issues in German and English; French is a plus
