Shape the world of tomorrow
- You design the digital transformation of leading global MedTech and pharmaceutical companies by planning, setting up, and successfully delivering comprehensive IT projects together with your clients
- You lead both external and internal teams during strategic IT implementation programs, combining your industry and IT expertise with agile project management methods to ensure smooth execution of digital transformation processes
- During the design, evaluation, and optimization of IT architectures, you coordinate teams, organize and lead high-level client discussions, and provide key impulses based on current market developments and trends
You make the difference
- You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a related field with above-average results
- You have at least six years of relevant experience in IT consulting and in delivering operational and strategic transformation and implementation projects
- You bring project experience in the healthcare sector - ideally in the medical technology and/or pharmaceutical industry
- You are skilled in efficient resource planning and motivating team leadership
- You have experience leading teams with full project responsibility - ideally in IT consulting
- You are familiar with all stages of successful IT organizations and processes, with a focus on healthcare
- You know how to plan IT initiatives and develop robust business cases
- You can confidently understand and communicate complex topics in both German and English
