Principal – SAP BTP & Agentic AI (all genders) - BCG Platinion

You’ll develop agent-based applications, integrated architectures, and scalable systems that rethink business processes and drive real business impact. Together with the Boston Consulting Group, you’ll support our clients from the strategic idea to technical implementation—from the boardroom to the code. You’ll be part of a team that combines innovation, technology, and collaboration, where you can fully leverage your individual strengths.

•    You’ll lead large-scale transformation programs in SAP BTP and AI from start to finish 

•    You define platform, data, and AI strategies at the C-level 

•    You are responsible for the architecture of complex, integrated, and agent-based systems 

•    You drive key technology decisions in large organizations 

•    You actively drive business development and proposal processes 

•    You lead high-impact demos and proof-of-concepts 

•    You build and develop high-performing, interdisciplinary teams 

•    You position BCG Platinion as a thought leader in the field of SAP BTP and AI 

•    You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Computer Science or a comparable field with above-average grades

•    You have 8+ years of experience in IT consulting and in managing complex IT and transformation programs

•    You have in-depth expertise in SAP BTP, integration architectures, and modern platform approaches (e.g., CAP, Integration Suite, AI Core)

•    You have a solid understanding of AI/GenAI and their strategic and operational applications

•    You have extensive experience in planning, managing, and evaluating the economic impact of transformations, including business cases

•    You have led teams (>5 people) and confidently managed complex programs and escalations

•    You operate confidently at the C-level, make decisions in complex organizations, and serve as a trusted advisor to your clients

•    You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in acquiring and advancing projects

•    You combine technological excellence with entrepreneurial thinking and a strong focus on results

•    You impress with strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in German and English

•    You are willing to travel internationally
