This is how you make a difference
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with above-average grades
- Experience leading tech project teams
- Hands-on knowledge of modern IT architectures, legacy systems, enterprise solutions, and current trends such as cloud, microservices, and AI
- Practical understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, agile methods, cyber resilience, and software development practices
- Ability to evaluate client digital capabilities, conduct feasibility studies, and translate findings into actionable architectural recommendations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics to both technical and business audiences
- Comfort working in interdisciplinary teams and international environments
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
